Hiring – Business Development Manager – Agency/ Direct Sales

CTC Range – 2.4 Lacs to 6 Lacs

Location – All over Jharkhand

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Sale (Prospecting, identifying leads, Objection Handling, Product positioning, Closing the Sale, customer service)

• Client portfolio management and New business procurement

• Drives various projects as and when rolled out.

• Product Positioning for Traditional & ULIP’s, competition analysis, product comparison and data analysis

Selection Criteria: The candidate should be either

i. An MBA from a recognized University; or

ii. Should be at least graduate with minimum 1 + year of work experience in sales ( Insurance/ Bank/ NBFC/Mutual Fund/ Stock Broking ./ Telecom/ FMCG
