CTC: up-to 3.25 lacs plus incentives

Qualification: Minimum Graduate.

Experience: Minimum 1 yr Experience Of Sales In Any Industry. BBA/MBA ( Marketing Freshers can also apply )

Age: Minimum 24 yrs to 40 yrs.

Job Description:

1. To drive Life Insurance Business thru a Team of Insurance Advisors and to achieve sales Targets thru them.

2. Recruitment of Advisors.

3. Training of Advisors by doing joint sales calls with them.

4. To Manage a Team of Advisors.

However, please note that the individual salary offered will be decided by the company on a case to case basis.
