• Minimum Qualification: Graduate

• Age should be less than 35 Years (deviation possible in case of exceptional profile)

Job Role – Build a distribution network by recruiting quality advisors/ agents, supporting / training them to enable them procure insurance policies from the market & subsequently service the customers.
1. Required Experience – 1 – 6 years with Agency Channel Sales Experience
2. Industry Background – Health Insurance/ General Insurance/ Life Insurance Only
3. CTC – Best in the industry + Attractive Incentives

What are differentiators to position the job to candidate?
1. Incentives – Best in the Industry. While industry pays incentives only on 2 parameters ( activation of agents , premium collected), AB HI pays incentives on 3 parameters (recruitment of agents, activation of agents & premium collected) – Also, these incentives are slab based, higher slabs is very attractive, an average performer makes 15-18k incentives a month
2. Conveyance – USM – 3500; AM & Above – 4000 per month, candidates those who achieve 70% above targets are eligible to claim this conveyance proportionately, i.e. 70%-70%, 80%-80%, 100%-100%.

Salary Range:
USM/AAM – 2 – 2.4 LPA
Agency Manager – 2.5 – 3 LPA
Sr. Agency Manager : 3.1 – 4 LPA
Business Dev Mgr : 4- 4.5 LPA
Note: Candidates designation & CTC will be offered based on their Agency Sales experience & current ctc + designation.
