Salary Range: 3 Lacs to 6 Lacs
Location: Bhopal, Chindwara, Indore, Nagpur, Jabalpur, Ratlam, Ujjain (Freeganj)
JOB SUMMARY:
- Responsible for Agent Recruitment
- Agent Development
- Meeting Business goals
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop various sources of agent hiring and build a team of Agents
- Ensure product knowledge to Agents
- Field demonstration (FODs)
- Work closely with Agents on planning and reviewing of activities and goals
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans
- Ensure Company’s product mix sales ration and adhere to the business norms
- Hold periodical customer meet to understand customers’ pulse and product needs
- Ensure customer queries are responded to satisfactorily.
Eligibility Criteria: Any Graduate / Post-graduate with good experience in sales in Insurance, Agency Channel, Pharma, FMCG, Real Estate, Telecom, Banking, Broking
