JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Urgently required Area Manager / Head

Requirements

a. Highly qualified and experienced in Insurance Industry (Health and General Only)

b. Must have experience in the following areas : Team Handling , Handling Branches ,

Good in maintaining data and records of all the branches.

c. Must have target achieving knowledge, people management, client relationship management, building goodwill with the business associates.

d. Good communication skills and strong personality.

e. Open to travelling out station as well.

f. Responsible person for all the core issues of Business and Management.

g. Must have good stability in the previous company.

h. Reviewing branches.

KRA’S (Key Responsibility Area’s)

1. Responsible for particular area given for management

2. Responsible for the entire business done by the branches comes under that area

3. Must hold the branches and all the branch managers working for the same

4. Responsible for target achievements and business targets given to Branches

5. Visiting branches as per the requirement.

6. Client relationship and business management

NOTE:

1. Preferences only to health and general insurance.

2. Will not consider any candidate from life insurance.

3. Preferences to agency /retail and direct channel only.

4. Worked across Delhi / NCR will be considerable.
