Job Description

- To recruit & handle a team of Priority Partners (Agency Partners).
- Develop the required team of Priority Partners (PP’s) through coaching, training, team management & support.
- Acquiring HNI customer base.
- Maintain healthy persistency.
Required Candidate profile
- Preferring candidates from Insurance or BFSI sales only. MBA Freshers can also be considered on CTC of 3 Lacs.
- Should be comfortable in building a team Agency Partners / HNI Advisors / Agents.
- Should be a local candidate.
