Job description for ADM 

Company Background

Max Life is coming up with a unique distribution channel enabling virtual sales and support. The channel will thrive on curated base of leads to support sales team to recruit advisors and create sustainable business.

About Virtual Channel

The channel will also be highly digitally enabled to support the sales team, thereby reducing waste effort and improving productive time. The team will operate out of our office in Gurugram.

Manage Life Insurance sales goal achievement by:

• Continuously recruiting sales advisors remotely online from leads provided
• Drive sales leads generation from leads by sales advisors online
• Drive sales closure on sales leads
• Ensure insurance sales based on customer needs
• Maintain lead funnel data and drive conversion
• Should be able to drive relationship management with advisors

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience with at least 2 years of experience in direct sales in life insurance
• Minimum Age: 30 years’ old
• Within 30 minutes of office
• Complete work from office
• Flexible to work on weekends, from home for client appointments remotely
• Candidate should possess the following attributes:

  • Entrepreneurial and commercial focus
  • Drive for results
  • Maturity
• High Confidence levels, good Communication
• Should have stable past career employment history
• Minimum Graduate in any stream
